About Milestone Heights
A practice built on three decades of biopharma leadership — and the relationships that define it.
Across a three-decade career in biopharma, Marnie has built a reputation not only for navigating commercialization and strategic complexity, but for the relationships she’s cultivate along the way. Colleagues and clients describe her as a trusted partner; someone who brings clarity, steadiness, and genuine connection at moments when stakes are high and decisions matter.
Marnie’s leadership roles at Bristol Myers Squibb, GelTex, and Genzyme, and her tenure as President of The NemetzGroup, shaped how she collaborates: with curiosity, candor, and the ability to meet people where they are. In her most recent role, Marnie guided commercialization programs across rare diseases and high need therapeutic areas, working side by side with founders, C suites, and investors through complex inflection points.
Marnie is known for turning complex clinical, organizational, and market dynamics into actionable direction and for doing it in a way that strengthens teams rather than overwhelms them. Her mentoring roles at the Wyss Institute and with the Termeer community reflect this same focus on connection, listening, and elevating people as much as plans.
And when an engagement requires broader expertise, Marnie rely on selectively chosen colleagues whose skills complement her own. These are professionals Marnie trusts deeply, people who share her values, working style, and commitment to quality ensuring every client receives exactly what they need without unnecessary layers or overhead.
At Milestone Heights, clients get the best of both worlds: direct senior level partnership with Marnie, and access to a curated network of experts designed to meet the needs of each engagement.
